     Maria Ackerman was born on 4 May 1746.1 She (1) married Elbert Onderdonck, son of Garret Onderdonck and Sara Hegeman, on 25 April 1765.3,4 Maria Ackerman (2) married Conradus Storms, son of Hendrick Storms and Cornelia Vanderbeck.5

     There are quite a few problems with this family:
     Konight (Eckerson-Schoharie) assigns the 22 Dec 1818 death date to Maria Eckerson, but BC-Families (Storms, Onderdonk, and Ackerman H-Z Files) and Konight (Bogert) assign it to Maria Ackerman. They are both b. 1746, so age is the same.
     Konight (Eckerson-Schoharie) does not have the second marriage with Maria Ackerman, and has a note "Paramus DRCh Records Cem. #20 in error giving name as Mary Ackerman, acc. to H.I. Durie. Dated 25 Jun 1973"
     BC-Families Storms File assigns Hendrick to Maria Eckerson, and the other two to Maria Ackerman; and states that "Durie in the "Kakiat Patent" has Hendrick's mother as Maria Ackerman;" Konight (Eckerson-Schoharie) has Jacob Eckerse and wife as sponsors at the baptism in 1782 at Paramus (p.127), and assigns all three children to Maria Eckerson.
     Elbert Onderdonck makes a will on 8 Mar 1782, which does not get probated until 1792. If Susannah is Maria Ackerman's child, she would have to be married Feb 1782, before Elbert made his will.
     While there may or may not have been a second marriage, and if there was, then the death date belongs to Maria Ackerman; but mother of the children has to be Maria Eckerson.7,2,3,1,8
