At the tme of his death he owned two properties in the Kakiat Patent: (1) a farm of 77 acres in the Closter, NJ area, and (2) a tract of land consisting of 101 acres with a gristmill in the Old Tappan area. These properties were conveyed by Willian Winter, Jr. to his mother Hester Winter. Hester sold these two properties soon afterwards to Samuel Durie.2,1 The administration of her estate was given to her youngest son Hendrick Winter on 23 Dec 1781.2 Name variation: Hester Holdrum.3 Married name: Winter.
