Claude Le Maitre was born circa 1620 at Richebourg, Artois, France.1,2 He (1) married (contract) Louise Quennell (Kenelle, Guennel, Cannelle), dau. of Anthoine Quennell & Marguerit le Maistre on 29 October 1638 at Canterbury, Kent, England.3 He (2) married Jeanne De Lannoy on 19 May 1648 at Middelburg, The Netherlands, (Walloon Church.)3 Claude Le Maitre (3) married Hester Du Bois, daughter of Pierre Du Bois and Catherine Clarisse, on 24 April 1652 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.1,2,3 (Banns on 6 April 1652 at Amsterdam. He was widower of Jannetje La Noij; Her witness was her father Pieter Dubois.)4 Claude Le Maitre died circa 1683 at Harlem, NY.1
