     Sybell Bernice Davis was born on 22 November 1883 at Upland, Franklin County, NE. She married Ralph Luddel Tuers, son of Alford C Tuers and Nancy Ann Preston, on 1 June 1904 at Franklin, NE.³ Sybell Bernice Davis died on 1 September 1954 at Riverton, Franklin County, NE. She was buried on 4 September 1954 in Riverton Cemetery, (Blk 8 Lot 11 Grave 1.)

     Sybell Tuers taught school for a few years in rural Franklin County, NE. She was a member of the Franklin Order of Eastern Star and a member of the Royal Neighbor Lodge. Married name: Sybell Bernice Tuers.

     Jonathan Davol and Mary lived at Dartmouth, Bristol County, MA.¹ Jonathan m. Mary Clark and/or perhaps Hannah. (This might be a mix-up with his father.)¹

     Jonathan (William) Davol (1) married Hannah Audley.¹ Jonathan (William) Davol (2) married Martha Spooner Wing, widow of John Wing., on 9 November 1730.¹ He died after 1709.¹

     He was granted with 47 others some 5000 acres to be called East Greenwich. He never settled there.¹ He sold Nathanial Potter of Dartmoth 50 A of land there for 14 pounds.¹ Jonathan (William) Davol and Hannah lived at Newport, RI.¹ Name variation: Diuel (The script at the time shows one reason the name has been given so many variations. V's in lower case were written as u's so the 'widow Divel' shows as widow Diuel, etc. In Dartmoth records the name is spelled at least 10 different ways: Devol, Davel, Daviel, Devel, Devell, Devil, Devill, Divil. In RI today it is still spelled Davol.)¹

     William Davol was born on 4 March 1727/28 at Dartmouth, Bristol County, MA.¹ He married Mehitable Tripp on 12 August 1751 (Dartmouth, MA.)¹ William Davol died on 22 June 1814 at Hebron, NY.¹ He was buried in Tanner Burial Yard in Granville.¹

     In 1777 William Davol was Constable in Dartmouth MA. It is probable that he was in Dartmouth as late as 27 Jan 1783, as there is a receipt given that date for an account owed Bereah Goddard, signed by Henry Howland, exec.
There was a William Duell sold land in Stanford, Dutchess Co., NY in 1806 and it is believed that he was this William Duel, as Ezra Duel, son of William, was from Dutchess Co. to Hebron, NY, where Ezra appears as early as 21 Oct 1791. Jonathan was probably the only one who lived in Saratoga NY and who died at the age of 104.
     1963 - Mrs. Amos Moyer of Duluth, Minn NSDAR No. 288598, established William as a Revolutionary DAR Patriot Ancestor because of his Civil Service as a constable in Dartmouth MA, 1776-1777.¹ William Davol and Mehitable had ten children, all listed in the Dartmouth MA Vital records:

     William Davol was born on 16 April 1698 at Dartmouth, Bristol County, MA.¹ He married Elizabeth Whitehead.¹ William Davol died before 6 September 1760 at Dartmouth, MA.¹

     William Davell was appointed guardian over William Huddleston, aged 14, on 5 Feb 1750 at Taunton MA, by George Leonard, judge of probate wills in the County of Bristol.¹ William Davol and Elizabeth had three children. Apphiah (b. 6 Mar 1718), Jonathan (b. 16 Jan 1721), and William (b. 4 Mar 1828). Apphiah probaby died unmarried. She signed herself a spinster in the receipt she gave her brother William for 'her portion of her father's estate (15 pounds) and other legacies left by her father's last will and testament.' This receipt dated 6 Sept 1760 shows that her father died before that date.¹ William Davol made a will on 21 April 1759. It was probated before 6 Sep 1760 (date of receipts.)¹

     William Davol married Isabel Anderson on 29 August 1639.¹ William Davol died after 1680.¹

     Julia Drusilla Dawes was born on 11 January 1863 at Windham, Bradford County, PA.¹ She married Theodore Parker Kuykendall, son of William Kuykendall and Helen Knee, on 4 June 1879 at Windham Center, Bradford County, PA.¹ Julia Drusilla Dawes died on 3 February 1936 at Auburn, NY.¹

     Parker Dawes was born on 2 May 1897. He married Hester Theresa Loftus on 21 August 1926. Parker Dawes died on 4 September 1972.

     William Mears Dawes was born in 1770.¹ He married Abigail Kendall Holden, daughter of Jonas Holden and Molly Thompson, in 1795.¹ William Mears Dawes died in 1856.¹

     Elizabeth Dawsome married John Vail on 23 April 1612.

     Feammie Dawson was born circa 1 August 1868.¹ She married James Oscar Vreeland, son of James Harrison Vreeland and Elmira Steward Holloway.¹ Feammie Dawson died on 6 November 1934.

     Abraham Day was baptized on 9 September 1711 at Hackensack, NJ, (DRC.)^1,3 He married Jenneke Ellis, daughter of Elias Ellison and Sara Peers, on 6 January 1737 at New York.¹ Abraham Day died before 1783 intestate.¹

     Abraham Day was named as executor in Jacob Day's will dated 11 March 1742.¹ He was present at the election of The Elders and Deacons in the English Neighborhood Church in which locality he resided.¹ Abraham Day lived at English Neighborhood (now Ridgefield), Bergen County, NJ, He had a farm of 130 acres bounded west by the Overpeck Creek purchased from John Smith.      Abraham and his son Jacob were adjudged 'Dissafected persons' like many others in the Revolutionary War period, in 1777, but were discharged upon taking the oaths prescribed by Law.¹ Name variation: Abram Day.¹

     Dey Family has Abraham as son of Abraham Day and Jenneke Ellis; BC-Families has him as two separate people, without parents; with sons Abraham and William as sons of Margrietje, and only Mary as daugter of Elsie Lozier. The note at birth "He was probably Jacob's son" is of unknown origin, this Jacob is probably Jacob Day.^1,2
