Evert Van Wagoner was born on 12 April 1681.² He was baptized on 24 April 1681 at Kingston, NY, (DRC.)³ He was born in the Esopus acc. to his marriage certificate.⁴ He married Hillegond Van Heyningen, daughter of Claes Jansen and Jannetje Kiersen, on 2 May 1701 at New York City (DRC.)^5,4
