     Sara Eckerson was baptized on 4 October 1673 at New York City (DRC.)^1,2 She married Abraham Van Aernum, son of Jan Dirckszen Van Aernum and Sara Theunis, on 8 January 1695/96 at New York City (DRC.)^1,3,4,5 (Banns on 21 December 1695. He was Abrahman Janszen, jm from Mitspatskill; she Sara Etkins, jd, at the Bouwerye, both living here.)⁵ Sara Eckerson was buried on 2 May 1739 in the DRC, at New York City as "Sara Van Aernam."⁶

He was Hendrick Janszen, from Amsterd; she Sara Thomas, from Pleymuth.)^12,13 Sara Eckerson died after 1686.^14,15

     Hendrik Jansz Van Feurden and his wife Sara Thomas were listed in the 1686 membership list of the NY Dutch Church.¹⁴ Name variation: Sara Thomasz. Married name: Van Feurden.

     Sara Eckerson was born on 22 January 1750.^1,2 She was baptized on 21 February 1750 at Tappan, NY, (DRC) (sp. Jacob Straat and Sara his wife; father Jacob Eckesen, mother Susanna Server.)^1,2 She married maybe Petrus De Puu/Pew.³

     Konight had a FGS for Petrus De Puu/Pew (b. 12 Mar 1753, bp. 8 Apr 1753, Tappan #1691; parents Abraham De Puu and Rachel Blauvelt; sp. Petrus De Puu and Elisabeth his wife; he is a grandson of Petrus DePew and Elizabeth Blauvelt, acc. to BC-Families) with four children, but the whole sheet was crossed out. BC-Families DePuy File has this marriage and children, but has no parents for Sarah Eckerson.

     Rachel and Sara were twins.² Sarah Eckerson had a daughter Margaret, who is listed in her father's will.^3,4 Name variation: Catriena Eckerson.⁵ Married name: Williams.

     Susannah Eckerson was born on 18 February 1783.¹ She married Benjamin Demarest, son of Samuel Demarest and Rebecca Demarest, on 14 December 1800 at Bergen County, NJ, (Paramus DRC.)^2,3 Susannah Eckerson died on 27 August 1856.¹ She was buried in DRC Cemetery in Pascack.¹

     Theunis Eckerson was from New York but liv. in Schoharie acc. to his marriage certificate.³ He was baptized on 14 May 1707 at New York City (DRC.)^1,2 He married Cornelia Becker, daughter of Johannes Becker and Cornelia Ziele, on 28 November 1734 at Schoharie, NY.⁴ Theunis Eckerson died before 1750.

     Theunis Eckerson was born on 9 February 1730.^1,2 He married Magdalena Slingerland on 21 October 1760 at Albany, NY, (DRC) (Dinnes Ackerson and Lenea Slingerland, both under Albany.)^1,3 Theunis Eckerson died on 10 January 1797.¹

     Teunis Eckerson served as private in 15th Regiment, Albany County, NY Militia. He was born and died in Schoharie, NY.⁴ Theunis Eckerson made a will on 14 January 1796. It was filed in Schoharie County, NY (A-50). No probate date given. He mentions sons: Thomas, Cornelius, and John, daughters Marytie and Annatie. Executors: sons Thomas and Cornelius; Witnesses: Silas Gray, James Eckeson, Jr. and Hans Koning. He signs Dunis Eckeson.^5,6

     Theunis Eckerson was baptized on 21 September 1740 at Schoharie, NY, (DRC.)¹ He died before April 1754.

     Thenis Eckerson was baptized on 24 February 1754 at Schoharie, NY, (DRC.)¹ He died before 20 December 1754.²

     Theunis Eckerson was baptized on 20 December 1754 at Schoharie, NY, (DRC) (sp. Theunis Eckkerson and Lena Vroman.)^1,2,3 He married Geertruyd Becker on 23 September 1782 at Middelburgh, NY.⁴ Theunis Eckerson died in November 1822.⁵

     Theunis was in the Revolutionary War. His son Thomas files a petition in Schoharie County Surrogates Office:
     Konight gives him a son John, b. bef. 1783, mentioned in Cornelis Eckerson's will as "John, son of my nephew Teunis." Schoharie Wills has "my brother John's son Tunis," which makes more sense.
     Konight has the marriage date of Teunis and Gertrude as 23 Sep 1782 on the written family group sheet. She also has a typed FGS (which also contains the Indenture and the petition of her son (see above), where the marriage date is written in as 11 Feb 1780. It is unknown what the source is.^7,8

     Thomas Eckerson was baptized on 3 March 1705/6 at New York City (DRC.)^1,3,5 He married Elizabeth Meyer, daughter of Ide Meyer and Gertruyd Van Dalssen.^6,7

     Thomas Eckerson was born at New York City.⁵ He was baptized on 7 January 1708 at New York City (DRC) (sp. Gerret Viele and Jannetje Eckeson; father Jan Eckeson, mother Maria Van Aarnem.)^2,6,4,7 He married Maria Demarest, daughter of David Demarest and Mayke Debaun, on 6 April 1732 at Schraalenburgh, NJ, (DRC.)^1,2,8,9,10 Thomas Eckerson died between 1773 and 1779 at Tappan, Rockland County, NY, intestate.^{11,12,13,14,15,16}

     By 1754 Thomas Eckerson had been appointed a constable in the Precinct of New Barbadoes, wherein his farm was then located. The present (1987) address of the site of the original homestead is 125 Pascack Rd in Woodcliff Lake.¹⁶
