     The 1850 census lists Isaac Haring and Phebe at Orange, Rockland County, NY, with Martha Ann, Caroline, Mariah and Henry; and Mariah Acker (60). They were indexed under Hening. Caroline is listed as 10 yrs old, and Mariah as 17. Sarah Jane is not listed.3 The 1860 census lists Isaac Haring and Phebe at Orangetown, Rockland County, NY, with Sarah Jane Haring and Henry Haring, and her mother Mariah Acker. They were indexed as Hanig.4 Isaac Haring was a carpenter.5 The 1870 census lists Isaac Haring and Phebe at Ward 11 at Jersey City, NJ, with Henry. They were indexed as Herran.5 Name variation: Isaac Herran.5 Name variation: Isaac D Hening.3
