Albert is 27, b. Bergen County, farmer; Annie is 26, b. Rockland County, NY.² Albert B Eckerson and Annie had two more children, that must have died young, as they are not in the 1870 census:

NJ: Edward (14), Garret (11), George (9), Sophia (3), Maggie (2), and Albert B (6m, b. Nov). Albert and Annie are both 36, he is a farmer. Cornelius Eckerson (31, farmer) is living with them.³

Schogharie; she Angenitie Ekkerson, dau. of Johannes, b. Schogharie; in error dated as 1772.)^2,3

     Angenietje Eckerson and Peter had two children, both bp. in Schoharie: Henrik (b. 3 Dec 1775, bp. 2 Jan 1776; sp. Henrich Snyder and wife; Schoharie #1116) and Catharina (b. 7 May 1790, bp. 18 Jul 1790; sp. Johannes Schneider and Elisabent; Schoharie #1721).^4,5

Peter is 49, farmer; Agnes is 48, all are b. NJ. They are next door to Gilliam Demarest.³ The 1855 census lists Peter G Demarest and Agnes at Lafayette Twp, NJ, with Gylliam Demarest (24), Hannah Demarest (22), Emaline Demarest (15), and Mary E Demarest (10); and Robert J Scanlon (12.)⁴ The 1860 census lists Peter G Demarest and Agnes at Lafayette Twp, NJ, with Gillaum Demarest (30), Emma Demarest (20), and Mary E Demarest (15); Martha Demarest (77), Joseph Allen (29, farm laborer), and James Ackerson (38, day laborer). Peter is 59, farmer, Agnes is 59, all are b. NJ.⁵ Married name: Demarest.

     Antye Eckerson was born on 2 December 1787.¹ She was baptized on 9 January 1788 at Tappan, NY, (DRC) (no sp. listed; father Thomas Eckesen, mother Maria Bogert.)^1,2 She married Jacobus J Demarest, son of Jacobus Demarest and Margrietje Cole, on 10 May 1828 (as his fourth wife.)^3,4 Antye Eckerson died on 27 November 1864 aged 77.11.8.^5,6 She was buried in DRC Cemetery in Tappan.⁷

     The 1850 census lists Jacobus J Demarest and Antye at Harrington Township, Bergen County, NJ, with Catherine Ann Demarest (5, b. NJ) and Catrina Eckerson (64, b. NJ). James was 63, b. NJ; Ann was 62, b. NJ.⁸ The 1860 census lists James J Demarest and Antye at Harrington Township, NJ, with Catherine A. Van Orden (15, b. NJ, house help) and Catrina Eckerson (74, b. NJ, lady). James was 73, b. NJ; Ann was 72, b. NJ.⁹ Married name: Demarest.

     Apalonia Eckerson was baptized on 22 August 1705 at New York City (DRC.)^1,2 She married Edward Anderson on 24 June 1732 at New York City (DRC.)³

     Appolonia Eckerson was baptized on 22 November 1704 at New York City (DRC.)^1,2 She married Ryer Baxter on 9 July 1733 at Schoharie, NY.³

     A son Eckerson Baxter is listed (and crossed off). He married Margaretha Zimmerman in 1767 in the Stone Arabia DRC, and died before 1788.⁴ Married name: Baxter.

     Ariaentie Eckerson was baptized on 16 February 1666/67 at New York City (DRC.)^1,3 She married Vincent de la Montagne, son of Jan de la Montagne and Pieternella Pikes, on 5 March 1683/84 at Manhattan, NY, (NY DRC.)^1,4

     Aurie Eckerson was born on 18 October 1781.¹ He married Catherine Westervelt, daughter of Daniel Westervelt and Liesebeth Christie.¹ Aurie Eckerson died on 14 September 1864.¹ He was buried in Monsey Cemetery.¹

     David and Aurie were twins.

     Benjamin Eckerson was born on 8 August 1749.¹ He was baptized on 8 October 1749 at Schraalenburgh, NJ, (DRC) (sp. Benjamin Gerod and Annatie, his wife.)^1,2,3 He died on 8 September 1779 unmarried.^4,5,6

     He (as Benjamin Ackerson) was a private in the NY troops, 3rd Regiment, DeWitt Company. He received Lot #36 in Township 20 (Solon Township in Cortland County, NY). As he had died, his patent went to William Gilliland
     He died intestate. Letters of Administration given to his brother Thomas, of Bergen County, NJ, on 16 Mar 1784.^7,4,5

     Catharina Eckerson and Joseph had four children: Maria (b. 16 Jul 1785; Schoharie St. Paul's Luth #2064); Catharine (b. c.1802, 18 in 1820); Penelope (b. c.1803, 17 in 1820); and Sarah (b. 1805, 15 in 1820).⁵
