     Maria Zabriskie was born on 1 September 1802.1 She was baptized on 10 October 1802 at Bergen County, NJ, (Paramus DRC.)1 She married John S Lutkins, son of Stephen Lutkins and Rachel Hopper, on 1 January 1823 at Saddle River Landing, NJ.1 Maria Zabriskie died on 1 August 1888.1 She was buried in Zabriskie Cemetery in Paramus.1

     Maria Zabriskie was born on 15 February 1799 at Montgomery County, NY.3,2 She married Abraham C Zabriskie, son of Christian A Zabriskie and Marretje Van Winkle, on 5 October 1818 at Bergen County, NJ, (Paramus DRC.)2 Maria Zabriskie died on 21 April 1886 at Garfield, NJ.1,4 She and Abraham C Zabriskie were buried, BC-Families Zabriskie A-I File has their burial place as Acquackanonck Ref. Church yard. They are however also listed on a plaque at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, with their daughter Maria and her husband Cornelis Van Houten, and his parents Aaron A. Van Houten and Hannah Sip.5

     Maria Zabriskie died 21 Apr 1886 at Garfield, NJ, leaving 3 children (not named). Christian A Zabriskie and Cornelius A Van Houten executors.1
     The A.J. Bogert Bible has the death date as 27 Dec 1872 (and a birthdate of 15 Feb 1799). However, that has to be another Maria Zabriskie, as the consistory minutes identify the Maria, who died 1886 as the wife of Abraham C Zabriskie. Maria Zabriskie, widow of John H. Zabriskie, makes a will 26 Jul 1873. It is probated 11 Aug 1873. She names her daughter Adriana van Houten and her son William S. Brinkerhoff, and mentions that her husband already gave his children their share. Adriana and William are children of Peter Schuyler Brinkerhoff and Maria de Wolfe. They married in 1820, and he died 1831. She is buried with her parents, her 1st husband and several children in Maple Grove Park in Hackensack.6,3,4,7,5 Name variation: Maria Zobriskie.3
