     The 1880 census lists an Allen McNeal in Colorado, farmlaborer, 20 yrs old, b. Prince Edward Island.⁵ Allen MacNeill immigrated in 1881 In his passport application he states he crossed the border in 1875, and lived from 1875 until 1917 in Colorado; and that he naturalized on 14 Oct 1891 in NY District Court; that he now lives in Ridgefield Park, NJ.^4,2 The 1900 census lists Allen MacNeill at Bogota Borough at Teaneck Township, NJ, with wife Fanny (b. Jan 1852, MA); they were married 8 yrs. He is a minister. He is listed as Allen MacNiel (b. Mar 1862, Canada.)⁶
     He applied for a passport on 30 Nov 1917. He intended to go abroad for the duration of the war as a secretary for the National War Work Council of the YWCA. He was leaving 5 Dec 1917 on the 'Espagna.²' He was a veteran serving during World War I. He was the pastor of the Union Community Church.^1,3 The 1920 census lists Allen B. McNeal at 880 Teaneck Road at Ridgefield Park, NJ, with Fannie P.C. McNeal (67, b. MA), and Caroline E. Miner (70, single, b. NY); they were boarders in the household of Josie K. Barnes (63, b. NY, widowed.)⁷ The 1930 census lists Allen MacNeill at 580 Teaneck Road at Ridgefield Park, NJ, with his wife Fannie P (77, b. MA), and a lodger Eudora Miner (81, single, b. NY.)⁴ Name variation: Rev. Allan B. MacNeill.³ Name variation: Allen B. McNeal.⁷

     In 1860 they are probably in Southold, Suffolk County, NY in a boardinghouse of William H. Wells, with 4 children: Benjamin (12, b. NJ), Charlotte (5, b. NY), Elizabeth (3, b. NY), and a newborn son. In 1870 they are in Oil City, PA with Benjamin (21, b. NJ) and a daughter Lotte (15, b. NJ.)^5,6 The 1880 census lists W.J Brundred and Rachel at ED 247 at Oil City, Venango County, PA.⁷

     Hubbard has date also as 1705?, and place as Scituate. Find-A-Grave has place as Plympton, MA, but that is only based on death record. Hubbard has death as before 1 Oct 1797, possibly in Pembroke.^1,3

     Rebecca Magoun was born on 30 July 1734 at Pembroke, MA, (probably.)¹ She married Ebenezer Man, son of Thomas Man and Deborah Joy, on 22 August 1751 at Pembroke, MA.¹ Rebecca Magoun died before 1 October 1772 at Pembroke, MA, (probably.)¹

     Hester Mahieu was born between 1579 and 1585 at Canterbury, England.^2,3 She married Francis Cooke, son of Edward Cooke and Alice Caunton.⁴ (Banns on 4 July 1603 at Leyden, The Netherlands.)⁵ Hester Mahieu died on 18 January 1665/66 at Plymouth, MA.¹ She was buried in Burial Hill in Plymouth.¹

     NOTE: Jacques is listed as born in Leyden and baptized in Dinant, which seems rather impossible! It is also unclear where this marriage came from; at Hester's marriage (Hester was also of Canterbury), her mother and sister are witnesses, father is not mentioned. Jacques' death date is the same as the supposed marriage date of Hester. There is a Jacques Le Mahieu in Leiden, but most of the records are too late, only one before 1603: Jaques Mahieu is a witness at the baptism of Judith Mulé, daughter of Pierre Mulé and Phillippotte Phillippo (no other related names.)^2,3

     George Malone was born in November 1868 at New York City.¹ He married Jennie in 1890 at New York City.¹ George Malone died between 1931 and 1945 at New Jersey.¹

     His name was circa 1890 changed to Mellen (protective witness program.)¹ George Malone was in 1900 a clerk, and in 1915/1920 a government inspector.¹ The 1900 census lists George Malone and Jennie at Grove St. at New York City, with their three children Harold, Mildred and Roy. They were listed as married 6 years.² The 1915 census lists George Mellen at Hoboken, NJ, with his three children Harold, Roy and Mildred.
     George was listed as Mellon in the 1915 census of Hoboken, and again as Mellon in the 1920 census and 1930 census. Their dates of birth are taken from the 1915 census.
     His three children were the recipients of Albert Malone assets when Albert died in 1945. In 1945 Harold lived in Hackensack, NJ, Mildred was married (to Keiley) living on Hudson St in Hoboken, and Roy was living in Hoboken according to the inheritence papers.^1,3 Name variation: George Mellen.¹ Name variation: George Melon.²
