     BC-Families Demarest File calls the relationship 'probable;' the Bush and Van Zile Files have the parent-daughter relationship, but has her married to Abraham Bos/Bush. This would only be possible if there was a divorce; as David Demarest remarried in 1735.
     Could Anna be a daughter of Egbert Stevense and Annatje Dutriot? Some more research needs to be done.6,3,7,8 Name variation: Annetje Van Seyl.9 Married name: Bos.

     Sarah Van Arsdale was baptized on 14 April 1765 at Harlingen, NJ, (DRC.)2 She married John J Brinkerhoff, son of Joris Brinkerhoff and Martyntje Bogert, on 25 January 1785.1

     Her parents were Gerrit Jan Van Arsdalen and Lucretia Hegeman. It is unsure, but it could be Gerrit Van Arsdalen and Lucretia Voorhees, wife's last name is Voorhis, but her mother is a Hegeman. Needs clarification.2

     Jitske Van Assen was born on 10 March 1915 at Dantumawoude, Dantumadeel, Friesland, The Netherlands.2 She married Henry Ritsma on 6 July 1939 at Dantumadeel, Friesland, The Netherlands.3,1 Jitske Van Assen died on 6 February 2001 at Lakewood, Jefferson County, CO.2,4 She was buried in Paramus.5

     Jitske Van Assen and Henry Ritsma immigrated in 1957.3 Jitske Van Assen and George Ritsma were naturalized on 17 June 1966 at Passaic County Court, Paterson, NJ, with their 4 children, Patricia (Pietie), Susan (Sietske), Gooitsen (Henry) and Mrs. Marilyn (Martie) Faber. The names of the father and the son seem to have been exchanged in the newsarticle.3 Henry Ritsma and Jitske lived in 1966 at 317 North 11th Street at Paterson, Passaic County, NJ.3 Her parents were Pieter van Assen and Martje Harmens de Boer.2 Married name: Joyce Ritsma.3
