     Hendrik van Tilburg and Christina van Capel immigrated on 15 November 1881 on the Jason, arriving in New York on 15 Nov 1881, with 4 children: C. (13 F), H. (8 F), K. (6 F) and Y. (3/12 F). His wife is transcribed as H?? van Kopel. With them is another van Tilberg Family: L(eendert) van Tilberg (56 M Laborer), his wife Y Touue (54 F, name is actually Johanna Touw) and 2 children: E van Tilburg (21 F), Y van Tilburg (8 F). Leendert is a half-brother of Hendrik. He is a son of Cornelis van Tilborg and his first wife Jenneke van de Nat. This marriage took place on 6 Nov 1818 (1818 #4) in Rijswijk.^2,3,4 His parents were Cornelis van Tilborg and Katharina in 't Veld.¹

     BC-Families has Barent Jansen as son of Jan Theuniszen van Tilburg in Jan's entry, but in Barent's entry no parents are listed. In Jan's entry it cites a will (with children Peter, Barent, Johannes, Jacob, Isaac and Abraham), but gives no reference. Konight does not have a son Barent for Jan. A Barent Van Tilburg is sponsor for one of Pieter Van Tilburg's children.^8,6

     Johannes Van Tilburg was from N. Uytrecht acc. to his marriage certificate.³ He (1) married Anna Maria van Giesen, daughter of Reynier Bastiaensen Van Giesen and Dirckje Cornelisz, on 31 March 1686 at New York City (DRC.)^3,4,5 (Banns on 4 March 1686. He was Johannes Janszen, jm from N. Uytrecht; she Anna Maria Van Giesen, jd from Midwout.)³ Johannes Van Tilburg (2) married Margrietje Jans, daughter of Jean de Conselyea and Fytie Schut, on 3 August 1698 at New York City (DRC.)^6,7 (Banns on 26 May 1698.      The 1900 census listed Julia Warner in Adrian and Catherine's household at #246 at Lodi Borough, Bergen County, NJ.⁵ The 1910 census lists Henry Warnaar and Judith at 82 Midland Ave at Garfield, Bergen County, NJ, with two sons: Cornelius (8), Henry Jr. (5), both born in NJ. His mother-in-law Christina van Tilburgh (76) was living with them. She and Julia immigrated in 1881.² The 1920 census lists Henry Warnaar and Judith at 75 Bogart Ave (1st Ward) at Garfield, Bergen County, NJ, with three sons: Cornelius (18), Henry Jr. (15), and William (9), all born in NJ.⁶ Married name: Warnaar.^2,6

NJ), daughters Hanna (12) and Willemina (4y7m), and sons John (2y7m) and Harry (11 mo), all born in NJ (indexed as Dol.)⁴ The 1930 census lists Harry Van Tol and Aggie at Eight Avenue at Paterson (ED 29), Passaic County, NJ, with Nellie Kole (stepdaughter, 25), Willemina Van Tol (daughter, 15), John Van Tol (son, 12), Harry Van Tol, Jr (son, 10), and Maria (daughter, 8.)¹ Name variation: H.
