The third child was Mary (born 1870), fourth child Thomas (1872).The fifth child was Anna (1876). All were found on the 1880 census in Hoboken. I do not know when Julia and Patrick died.3 Married name: Durham.

Mary Virginia was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a regent of the Anna Warner Bailey chapter for three terms, and was a member of many other ancestral societies. She was a descendant of Uncas, the famous Mohegan Chief. She knew a great deal of Indian history and possibly her most famous boast is that she was able to count to twelve in the Mohegan language.
A colorful, outgoing, and locally revered figure, Mary Virginia was subject of a 2000 play written by Noank poet/playwright Melanie Greenhouse, called "The Duchess of Noank," a loving portrait of one of the town's most colorful characters, Mary Virginia Goodman created the character "Duchess of Noank", during one of her many travels to England in order to gain access to a Lord's estate she wished to visit after her spraining her ankle and being unable to join the rest of the touring party.
