The ages of the children seem rather messed up: Willie is listed as Jan 1883 (17); Newton as Aug 1843 (57), same as his father; Harry as Jul 1880 (20). A boarder Mary C. Goring (Aug 1866, 34, b. NY, scarfmaker) is listed with them.4 Her parents were Thomas Rockefeller and Marila Lawrence. They are buried in Cypress Hills Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY.2,8 Married name: Kent.

Also on board was his brother Willem and his family. Note that the 13 y. old could be Cornelis, but then Jan (who could be the one who was buried in Bergen on 23 Aug 1674 as "Jan Lubberts, son of Lubbert Lubberts of Hackensack") would not be on the ship.4,6,7,8
     He lived c. 1663 in Flatbush (BC-Families); and in 1676 in the Hackensack Valley (DeWitt).
