     Alfred Alphonse Malone was born on 29 November 1874 at New York City.¹ He married Charlotte Ann Bent, daughter of John Bent and Sara Pritchard, after 1900 at New York City.¹ Alfred Alphonse Malone died on 4 February 1945 at Brooklyn, Kings County, NY, (hit by a car.)^1,2 He was buried on 8 February 1945 in Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn.¹

     Frank Malone was born in 1878 at New York City.¹ He died before 1945.¹

     George Malone was born in November 1868 at New York City.¹ He married Jennie in 1890 at New York City.¹ George Malone died between 1931 and 1945 at New Jersey.¹

     His name was circa 1890 changed to Mellen (protective witness program.)¹ George Malone was in 1900 a clerk, and in 1915/1920 a government inspector.¹ The 1900 census lists George Malone and Jennie at Grove St. at New York City, with their three children Harold, Mildred and Roy. They were listed as married 6 years.² The 1915 census lists George Mellen at Hoboken, NJ, with his three children Harold, Roy and Mildred.
     George was listed as Mellon in the 1915 census of Hoboken, and again as Mellon in the 1920 census and 1930 census. Their dates of birth are taken from the 1915 census.
     His three children were the recipients of Albert Malone assets when Albert died in 1945. In 1945 Harold lived in Hackensack, NJ, Mildred was married (to Keiley) living on Hudson St in Hoboken, and Roy was living in Hoboken according to the inheritence papers.^1,3 Name variation: George Mellen.¹ Name variation: George Melon.²

     James Malone was born in 1835 at New York City.¹ He married Mary Moran circa 1867 at New York City.² James Malone died at New York City.¹ He was buried in New York City.¹

     The 1880 census lists James Malone and Mary at New York City, with their own children George, Frank and Alfred, as well as Thomas and James from Mary's first marriage, and Emma Roberts and Thomas Roberts with their two children Mary and Harry.^3,4 The 1890 census lists James Malone and Mary at New York City, with his son Alfred, and her brother James Moran.⁵
     Not much is known about James Malone. He married Mary Moran about 1868. He had three children by Mary Moran. George Malone 1869, Alfred, 1874, and Frank, born 1878. I found the six children living together on the 1880 NYC census also Emma's husband Thomas Roberts with there children, Minnie & Harry Roberts. In the 1890 police census of NYC i found James Malone living with Mary , their son Alfred Malone and Mary's brother James Moran listed as head of family.¹

     Mary Maloney was born on 25 February 1868 at Chelsea, MI.¹ She married Thomas D Sanford, son of Henry Clarke Sanford and Mary H DeWitt, on 5 December 1888.^1,2
