     Job Breen was born in 1820 at Ouddorp, Goeree-Overflakkee, Zuid Holland, The Netherlands.¹ He married Elizabeth Verduin, daughter of Abraham Verduin and Antje Steenmark, on 29 October 1845 at Ouddorp, Zuid Holland.¹ Job Breen died on 27 May 1879 at Paterson, Passaic County, NJ.² He was buried in Paterson Cemetery, Goffle Road in Hawthorne, also called: Holland Cemetery, owned by Abraham Vermeulen.²

     The 1860 census lists Job Breen and Elizabeth at #683 at Paterson City (East Ward), Passaic County, NJ, with six children : Mary (14), Anna (12), Abram (8), all born in Holland, and Comer (5), Nicholas (3) and Jemima (8 mo), born in NJ. A Jemima (63, born in Holland) is enumerated with them.³ The 1870 census lists Job Brain and Lizzie at #90-153 at Paterson City (Ward 1), Passaic County, NJ, with seven children : Abram (17, Holland), Cummer (15), Nicholas (12), Jemima (10), Jacob (8), Ella (5), and Jane (3), all born in NJ.⁴ His parents were Kommer Breen and Maria Heerschap.¹ Name variation: Job Brain.⁴

     Johannes Breen was born in 1860 at Ouddorp, Goeree-Overflakkee, Zuid Holland, The Netherlands.¹ He married Adriaantje Mastenbroek, daughter of Klaas Mastenbroek and Cornelia Rijnbrand, on 17 February 1887 at Ouddorp, Zuid Holland.¹

     His parents were Pieter Breen and Kaatje Pikaard.¹ Johannes Breen and Cornelius Mastenbroek immigrated in 1898 on the Maasdam, from Rotterdam, arriving in New York on 18 Feb 1899. Cornelius was going to his uncle J. de Ruiter in Paterson. Johannes, with wife Adriaantje and seven children also goes to his uncle J. de Ruiter.^2,3

     Nicholas Breen was born in 1857 at New Jersey.² He married Mary.³ Nicholas Breen died on 1 January 1932 at Paterson, Passaic County, NJ.¹

     The 1900 census lists Nicholas Breen and Mary at Upper Saddle River Borough, Bergen County, NJ, with four children: Nelson (May 1893, NJ), Joseph (Oct 1895, NY), John (Jul 1897, NY) and George (Feb 1899, NY.)³

     Willem Breen was born in May 1856 at The Netherlands.^2,3 He married Anna Overdyking on 15 February 1883.¹

     Willem Breen immigrated in 1881 (1910) or 1880 (1900.)^2,3 He was a grocer.² The 1900 census lists Willem Breen and Annie at 36 Virginia Ave at Paterson City (Ward 8), Passaic County, NJ, with their children Henry and Hattie (Jan 1887 and Aug 1891.)³ The 1910 census lists Willem Breen and Annie at 36 Virginia Ave at Paterson City (Ward 10), Passaic County, NJ, with their children Hattie and Henry (23 and 18.)² Willem Breen and Anna lived in 1918 at 927 Madison Ave at Paterson, Passaic County, NJ.¹
     The Telegraaf had an article when Willem Breen and Anna Overdyking celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary.⁴
