He was Reynier Pieterszen Van Quackenbosch, jm from Oestgeest in Hollandt; she Lysbeth Jans, jd from Vlissingen in N. Nederlt., both living here.)4 Lysbeth Jans Masten died before 1692.1

     Cornelius Mastenbroek was born on 9 January 1872 at The Netherlands.1 He died on 9 January 1962 at 207 North First Street, Paterson, Passaic County, NJ.1 He was buried on 12 January 1962 in Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Fair Lawn.1
     Cornelius Mastenbroek's obituary appeared on 10 January 1962 in the Paterson Morning Call (pg. 23.)1 He and Johannes Breen immigrated in 1898 on the Maasdam, from Rotterdam, arriving in New York on 18 Feb 1899. Cornelius was going to his uncle J. de Ruiter in Paterson. Johannes, with wife Adriaantje and seven children also goes to his uncle J. de Ruiter.1,2
