NJ), a stepdaughter Alida Stap (17, b. NJ), and a stepgranddaughter Alice (4y 7 mo, b. NJ). Cornelius is a helper in a shop, William J. a carpenter, and Alida a silk folder. Hiltje's son Abraham J Stap lives next door.5

Andras Bekes was born in 1876 at Zsdjar, Hungary, (26 at immigration.)1 He married Agnes in 1905.3 Andras Bekes died in April 1963.2

Andras Bekes and Marton Bekes immigrated in 1903 on the SS Brandenburg, leaving Bremen on 17 Jan 1903, arriving NYC 1 Feb 1903. Andras was 26, Marton 17, both coming from Zsdjar, both laborers, going to their sister Marg. Visnieuwska at Hudsonstreet, Hackensack.1 The 1910 census lists Andras Bekes and Agnes at 175 Pacific Street at Paterson (ward 8), Passaic County, NJ, with three daughters: Agnes (3), Elizabeth (2), and Mary (7mo). Andrew was 33, b. Austria-Hungary, ribbon weaver in silk mill, immigrated 1901, filed papers; Agnes was 26, b. Austria-Hungary; had 3 children, all living; they were married 5 years.3

Margareta Bekes was born on 6 June 1879 at Hungary.1 She married John Daniel Wisniewski, son of Francis Wisniewski and Kady Nowakoska, on 9 October 1898 at Lodi, NJ, (St. Joseph Church.)1 Margareta Bekes died on 18 September 1957.1
She was buried in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.2
