The 1905 census lists Meindert Annes Kooistra and Catherine, with children, all except the youngest one b. on Holland: Cornelius (May 1891), William (May 1892), Sadie (Apr 1893), Elsie C (Jan 1896), Maggie (May 1897), Frannie (Jul 1898), Anna(Apr 1902, misidentified as F), and Henry (Nov 1904, NJ.)4 His parents were Anne Fokkes Kooistra and Zwaantje Meinderts Meindertsma.2 Meindert Annes Kooistra and Catherine had more children b. in Ferwerderadeel: Anne (M, b. 15 Apr 1890, d. 3 Jun 1896 at age 6) Cornelis (M, b. 2 May 1891), Elsje Cornelia (F, b. 9 Jan 1896), Maaike (F, b. 18 May 1897), Foekje (F, b. 9 Jul 1898), Jacoba (F, b. 30 Dec 1899), Anne (M, b. 12 April 1902).
