It was proved 4 Jun 1724. He mentions his wife Elizabeth, and eldest son Jacobus. Mentions children, but not by name.12,13
     His birthplace has been listed as Beaune, France, by many sources (see citations), but all we really know is that he was from Poperinge in Belgium at his second marriage.14,15,16,17 Name variation: Joost De Baen.18
