He was Helmigh Roelofs, ym from Bergen; she Jannetje Pieters, yd from Gelderland.)3 Helmigh Van Houten died on 7 October 1729 at Slotterdam, NJ.1,2 He was buried on 9 October 1729 in Bergen, as "Helmig Roelofsen Van Houten."1,5
