Leonard Cronk immigrated in 1873.3 He was first a railroad engineer, later a stationary engineer, and finally he worked for the LaFavorite Rubber Manufactoring Plant in Hawthorne.3 The 1900 census lists Leonard Cronk and Ida at #210 at Midland Park Borough, Bergen County, NJ, with four children: John (Jan 1884), Minnie (Mar 1888), Lambert (Oct 1892) and Abram (Dec 1895.)2 The 1910 census lists Leonard Cronk and Ida at 136 Vreeland Ave at Midland Park Borough, Bergen County, NJ, with three children: Minnie (22), Lambert (18) and Abraham (16). Minnie is a weaver, and Lambert a carpenter.4 The 1920 census lists Leonard Cronk and Ida at 75 Vreeland Ave at Midland Park, Bergen County, NJ, with their son Bert (28), a carpenter.1
