     Maria Flierboom was from Achter Kol when she married.3 She was baptized on 7 April 1672 at New York City (DRC) (sponsors: Cornelis Pos and Jannetje Gerrits; father Matthys Servaes, mother Maria Jacobs.1,4 She (1) married Reinier Mynderts, son of Meyndert Frederickse and Catharine Burcharts, on 11 October 1696 at New York City (DRC.)5 (Banns on 10 October 1696. He was Reynier Meynartszen, jm from N. Yorck; she Marritje Vlierboom, jd from Achter Kol., both living at Tappan; they went with papers to Hackensa[ck]. [NB: part obscured])3 Maria Flierboom (2) married Wilhelmus Krom circa 1738.2
     The sponsors at Margarita Vlierboom's baptism are Cornelis Eckerson and Maria Vlierboom. Billard says "Cornelis Eckerson and wife Maria Vlierboom;" Konight has Cornelis Eckerson and Maria Vliereboom, widow." If the first, Willempje Vlierboom was misnamed as Maria; if the second, Maria lived for almost 40 yrs as a widow, before remarrying in 1738.1,6
