NJ.)³ Married name: Elizabeth Ackerman.³

     Margaret Miller Watson was born on 10 January 1841 at Ammil Hill, New Monkland Parish, Scotland.¹ She married Able Alexander DeWitt, son of Elija Reeves DeWitt and Lucy Barbee, on 15 March 1860.¹ Margaret Miller Watson died on 28 February 1930 at Woodruff, AZ.¹

NY); Thomas (50, b. NY, sashmaker) and Mrs. (49, b. NY) Terhune; and Mary Lynch (20, b. Ireland, domestic). Thomas Way (24, b. NY, bookkeeper) is on the previous page; Mrs. Way is 22, b. NY.⁵ Thomas J Way was a veteran of the Civil War.^2,3 The 1865 census lists Thomas J Way and Delia at Brooklyn (19th Ward), Kings County, NY, with two children, both b. NY: Ella (7) and Lucy (3y 1m). His parents (in-law), both b. Albany County, NY, Thomas (55, sashmaker) and Delia (55) Terhune are living with them, as well as a servant Mary Polston (25, b. Ireland). Thomas Way is 28, b. NY County, a merchant; Delia Way is 26, b. NY County.⁴
     In 1905 Thomas and Delia Way are living as uncle and aunt in the household of Josie Adams (39) in Mount Vernon, Ward 02, E.D. 01, Westchester, New York.
