Elected Supervisor, Ward 11, in November 1854. The June 1870 census lists Thomas Stanley Denike and Sally A at Brooklyn, NY, with Annie, Sarah Denike (21, b. NY), Mary Denike (52, b. NY, prob. his sister Mary) and Eliza Cacy (15, domestic, b. Ireland.)⁵ The 1880 census lists Thomas Stanley Denike and Sally A at Brooklyn, NY, with his sister-in-law Mary Jane Granger and her grandson William H. Granger Jr.⁶

NY, clothig clerk.)⁹ The 1880 census lists Early Granger Jr and Lucinda at Brooklyn, NY, with their son Frederick Granger and Elisabeth Deppert, domestic servant.¹⁰
