Resolved Waldron1

M, b. circa 1590
FatherJohannes Waldron b. c 1579
Resolved Waldron was born circa 1590 at Haarlem, The Netherlands.1
Priscilla Stone and others have Resolvert Waldron and Maria Goverts as parents of Joseph and Resolved. BC-Families has William Waldron and Ruth Walker as their parents; as Joseph is Joseph Willems in his first marriage; and Resolvert's first son is also Willem, this seems entirely reasonable. Maria Govert is listed as mother of Annetje Daniels in BC-Families
These same sources have Resolved Waldron born 10 May 1610 in either England or Leyden, son of Resolved Waldron. However, at his first marriage in 1645, he is 25, and from Amsterdam, which makes the 1610 date highly suspect.
It is unclear, where the 1590 birth date and Haarlem as the birth place for Resolved Waldron comes from. The church indexes for Haarlem do not have Waldron at all.2,3,4,5,6

Rutger Waldron1

M, b. 24 October 1677
FatherDaniel Waldron2 b. 16 Jan 1650
MotherSaertie Rutgers2
Rutger Waldron was baptized on 24 October 1677 at New York City (DRC) (sponsors: Rutgert Willemszen and Marritie Waldron; father Daniel Waldron, mother Sara Rutgers.)1,3,4 He (1) married Deborah Pels on 4 May 1700 at New York City (DRC.)5,6 (Banns on 13 April 1700. He was Rutgert Waldron, jm from N. Yorck; she Debora Pel, jd as above, both living here.)6 He (2) married Cornelia Morse.2
Rutger Waldron made a will on 14 June 1720. It was proved 3 Nov 1720. He was Rutgert Waldron, of New York, turner. Names wife Cornelia; seven children: Daniel, Samuel, Richard, Johanes, Sarah and Cornelia Waldron, and Ann Holsaert. Friends Mr. Harmanus Rutgers, Mr. Philip Van Cortlandt and Mr. John Nicolls to be trustees, and wife executor.
Witnesses: John Nicolls, Richard Nicolls, and Duncan Hutchinson.7
Konight and BC-Families have year of second marriage as 1714, but don't give a source, and it is not in NYDC. The daughter Ann Holsaert, mentioned in the will, is most likely a daughter of Cornelia from a previous marriage, as she would be too young to be married already.2,8
