John's Will was inventoried 13 Oct 1690 and within was named Patience, his widow, as well as the ages of his children: Margery-9; Richard-6; Joshiah-2. Josiah Nichols and Samuel Hubbell, Sr. were appointed to co-administer the Estate with Patience. Later in 1706, his oldest son, Richard, obtained a colonial grant of 100 acres. Name variation: Lt.
