He was Abraham de Lanoy, jm from Haerlem; she Cornelia Toll, wid Evert Duycking, both living in N. Yorke.)1,2 Abraham De Lanoy died before 6 October 1702.6

     Abraham and Cornelis are listed in the NYDC member list of 1686 as "Mr. Abraham de la Noy and his wife Cornelia Toll" (member #220-1, name #281-2.)7,8 Abraham De Lanoy was named as executor in Isaac Van Vleck's will dated 16 January 1688.9 Abraham De Lanoy was named as executor in Pieter de Lanoy's will dated 2 September 1696.10 Abraham De Lanoy made a will on 3 August 1702. It was proved 6 Oct 1702. He mentions his wife Cornelia; and his children Maria (20), wife of Evert Duyckink (25), Jacobus (18), Abraham (15), Johannes (12), and Catharina (10). His wife Cornelia died intestate after 3 Aug, but before 6 Oct. The ages of the children are specified; Gerrit Beekman and Gerritt Duyckink are appointed guardians for the minor children. It was proved 6 Oct 1702. He mentions his wife Cornelia; and his children Maria (20), wife of Evert Duyckink (25), Jacobus (18), Abraham (15), Johannes (12), and Catharina (10).      Pieter de Lanoy was from Haerlem when he married.3,4 He married Elizabeth De Potter on 22 April 1680 at New York City (DRC.)3,4 (Banns on 4 April 1680. He was Pieter de Lanoy, jm from Haerlem; she Elisabeth de Potter, wid. of Isaac Bedloo, both living in N. Yorke.)4 Pieter de Lanoy (2) married Mary Edsall, daughter of Samuel Edsall and Jannetje Wessels, in 1695.5,6

     Pieter de Lanoy was named as executor in Isaac Van Vleck's will dated 16 January 1688.7 Pieter de Lanoy made a will on 2 September 1696. It was proved 20 Nov 1696. Letters of Administration were granted to Mary De Lanoy, the widow. He lists his brother Abraham De Lanoy; his wife Mary and her father Samuel Edsall. Executors: his wife; his brother Abraham De Lanoy, and his brother-in-law Engelbert Lott, overseers. Witnesses, Johanes Kirbyll, Johanes Kip, Johanes De Peyster, G. Van Imbrugh, C. De Peyster.5 He and Mary had a daughter Maria bp. 21 Feb 1697 (parents Pieter de Lanoy and Maria Edsal; sp. Abraham de Peyster and Cornelia de Peyster) This must have been posthumously, but is not indicated as such.8
     Catherine is prob. a daughter of Pieter and Eizabeth de Potter, but no bp. found in NYC, neither for Catherine, nor any other children.8
