     Isaac Stephenszen was living in N. Yorke when he married.4 He married Margarita Van der Veen, daughter of Peter Cornsz Van der Veen and Elsje Tymens, on 15 May 1682 at New York City (DRC) (He was Isaac Stephenszen, jm; she Margrietje Van Veen, jd from N. Yorke, both living here.)5,4,6 (license on 12 May 1682 (Issack Stevenson and Margaret Vanderveen (O.W.)6)) Isaac Stephenszen died before 25 June 1698.7

     Isaac and Margarita were listed in the NYDC member list of 1686 as "Isaac Stephenszen and his wife Margareta Van Veen" (member #37-8, name #45-6.)8,9 Isaac Stephenszen made a will on 11 May 1688. It is probated 25 Jun 1698. He mentions his wife Margaret and eldest son Peter.7 Name variation: Isaac Stevenson.7 Name variation: Isaac Stephenszen Coninck.3

     NOTE: Originally Dieuwertje was connected as wife to both Jan Jacobs and Jacob Stevensz. This does not seem likely. As there is a son Arien, I have kept her as wife of Jan Jacobs.2
