     Charles W May was born circa 1835 (15 in 1850.)³ He married Elizabeth Goetschius on 13 May 1857.¹ Charles W May died on 26 September 1864 aged 29.9.13 (cause of death: consumption.)^4,5,2 He was buried in Union Cemetery in Ramsey.⁴

     Conrad May was born on 17 April 1794 at New York.^1,2 He married Anna Straut, daughter of Jacob Straut and Grietje Wanamaker, on 10 August 1816 at Rockland County, NY, (Brick Church) (Conrad May and Anny Straat, both of Masonicus.)^3,4,5 Conrad May died on 21 July 1862 aged 68.3.4.^3,1,6 He and Anna Straut were buried in Airmont Lutheran Church in Suffern.^1,6

     Cornelius May was born on 23 September 1842.¹ He was baptized on 17 June 1843 at Saddle River, NJ, (Zion Lutheran Church.)² He married Debby Ann Wanamaker on 27 July 1861 at Suffern, NY, (Airmont Lutheran Church.)^1,3

     The 1870 census lists Cornelius May and Debby Ann at Ramapo Twp, Rockland County, NY, with Michael (9, b. NJ) and Annie (68, b. NJ). Cornelius is 27, b. NY, farmer; Deborah is 26, b. NJ.⁴ The 1880 census lists Cornelius May and Debby Ann at Ramapo Twp, NY, with son Michael (17, b. NY) and daughter Margaret A (6, b. NY) Cornelius is 38, b. NY, farmer; Debby is 37, b. NJ.⁵ Debby Ann Wanamaker and Josiah Wanamaker were siblings, children of Michael Wanamaker and Margaret Straut.^6,3

     David May was born circa 1846 at New York (16 in 1860, 24 in 1870.)^2,3 He married Euphemia Smith on 4 December 1869 at Waldwick, NJ, (New Prospect ME Church.)^4,5,6 David May died in 1915.¹ He and Euphemia Smith were buried in DRC Cemetery in Upper Saddle River.⁷

     The 1870 census lists David May and Lavinia at Ramapo Twp, Rockland County, NY, with Jane Smith (60, b. NJ). David is 24, b. NY, farmlaborer; Lavinia is 23, b. NJ.⁸ David May and Euphemia had a daughter Jenny (b. 10 Aug 1879, d. 4 Sep 1880 at age 1.0.25, bu. Upper Saddle River).⁷

DC.⁴ The 1860 census lists David May at New York City (ward 9), with Mary J (30, dressmaker), John W (16, gasfitter), and David (12). David is 61, tobacconist, all are b. NY. Living with them: Richard (24, b. Canada, upholsterer) and Catherine (24, b. NY) Blacklark; Richard (25, b. England, guilder) and Sarah (22, b. NY) Goldby; and Jane Clifford (19, b. Ireland, domestic.)⁵ The 1870 census lists David May at Eastchester, Westchester County, NY, in the household of John (44, b. France, farmer) and Margaret (38, b. France) Muller and their five children. Margaret was listed as Emma in Konight's correspondence.^6,1

     David May was born on 18 March 1827.^1,2 He married Rachel Fisher, daughter of Michael Fisher and Ellen, on 30 November 1851 at Saddle River, NJ, (Zion Lutheran Church) (David May of NYC, age 24 yrs and Miss Rachel Fisher of HoHoKus, NJ, aged 26 yrs; at the parsonage.)¹ David May died on 13 November 1866 at age 39.7.26.^2,3 He was buried in Airmont Lutheran Cemetery in Suffern.²

     Edward May was born in 1825 at South Carolina.² He (1) married Caroline Alyea.^1,2 Edward May (2) married Martha Morrow in 1859 at Paterson, NJ, (Market St. M.E. Church.)^2,1,3 Edward May died on 11 May 1869 at Newark, NJ.² He was buried in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Paterson.²

     Edward May and Caroline had three children, b. Paterson: Francis Ann (May 1848, d. 1850), Edward (b. 12 Apr 1852, d. 10 Jan 1872) and Caroline (b. 27 Apr 1854, d. 1856). All are buried in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. BC-Families has one more child: Charles A (b. c. 1850, 3 mo in 1850 census, 10 in 1860).^4,2,5 Edward May and Martha had two children, both bp. Paterson: John Morrow (b. 25 Aug 1860, d.y.) and Frank Townley (b. 16 Oct 1862, d. 1921).      Eliza Priscilla May was born in 1847.¹ She married Alexander Campbell in 1873.¹ Eliza Priscilla May died in 1928.¹

     John E Murray and Elizabeth Jane lived John was living in Masonicus, Elizabet in Ramseys.² She and John had at least one daughter, Mary Jane Murray, who is mentioned in her grandfather's will.⁵

     George W May was born circa 1862 at Mt. Vernon, NY, (8 in 1870.)^3,1 He died on 24 July 1933 at Orleans Parish, LA, at age 72, son of M.B May and Cathern Ackerson, b. Mt Vermont, NY.¹

     Possibly George is in the 1880 census in Shiloh, Kansas, together with Henry Zabriskie (17, b. NY, farmer. George W. May is 18, b. NY, farm laborer.²

     Hannah May was born circa 1802 at New Jersey.¹ She married Michael Fisher, son of David Fisher and Elizabeth Achenbach, on 30 January 1819 at West New Hempstead, NY, (Kakiat DRC) (Michael Fisher and Helena Mey, both of Masonicus.)^2,3
