Maritgen Berentsdt Van Marle was born at Vorchten, The Netherlands.1 She married Hendrick Hageman, son of Jacob Lamberts Hegeman and Arnigen? Feith, at Vorchten, Gelderland, The Netherlands. Maritgen Berentsdt Van Marle died in October 1679. She was buried on 8 October 1679 in Vorchten.1

NOTE: Maritgen Berentsdt's father was listed as son of Hendrick Arntsz, but this seems rather dubious, as Maritgen Berentsdt's patronymic is Egberts; and their estinated birthdays are very close. Marle is next to Vorchten in Gelderland (The Netherlands) next to the river IJssel.2 Married name: Hageman.

Maria Van Montfort1

FatherPieter van Montfort
Maria Van Montfort was born at Leyden, The Netherlands.2 She married Dirck Gorisz Storm, son of Joris Storm and Jacomyntie van Cortenbosch, on 20 June 1655 at Oss, The Netherlands, (DRC) (He is Derck Goris Storm, jm, from Oss; she Marijke Peters, jd of Peter Teunissen, from Oss.)2,3

Family

Dirck Gorisz Storm b. c 1630, d. bt May 1716 - Jun 1716

It is unclear to me, why every one has their birth in Leiden. At their marriage in Oss they are both listed as from Oss. BC-Families has the marriage on 13 May 1655 in Heartogenbosch, but no records in 'sHertogenbosch in the Brabant database.
There is a notarial document in Leiden, which mentions Dirc Gorisz Storm and Jan Dircks Storm, but it is very hard to read (1661, Arch #506, Archief van notaris Kaerl Outerman, 1629-1669, inv #454, doc #301; image 605.3,4,5 ) Maria Van Montfort and Dirck had a daughter Piternella (bp. 24 Apr 1661, DRC Oss; parents Dirck Gorisse Storm and Maria Peters; sp. Herman van der Well and
Derken, daughter of Peter Anthonissen).6
Dirck came to New Netherland on De Vos (The Fox) on 2 Sep 1662 with his wife and 3 children aged 6, 4 and 1 1/2. Maria Storm was possibly b. on the journey. He came to Esopus in 1664.2,7,8,9 Name variation: Maria Peterse.2 Name variation: Maria Peters van Montfort.1,10 Married name: Storm.

Cornelis Hendrickse Van Ness1,2

FatherHendrick Gerretson Van Ness
Cornelis Hendrickse Van Ness was born circa 1604 at Nes, Friesland, The Netherlands, (Considering that he later lived in Vianen, Zuid Holland, it seems unlikely that he was born in Nes on the island of Ameland, but this is all over the Internet.)1 He (1) married Mayken Hendrickse Van den Burch, daughter of Hendrick Adriensz Van den Burch and Annetje Jans, before 31 July 1625 at The Netherlands.1 Cornelis Hendrickse Van Ness (2) married Maritie Damen on 21 March 1664.1,3,4,5 Cornelis Hendrickse Van Ness died between 12 November 1684 and December 1685.1

Family 2

Maritie Damen b. 1611, d. 3 Jul 1682
Tallman and Van Nes Files say that he lived on River Haverdijk in Vianen.6 It is unclear, whether this is Vianen, South Holland (archives are in Utrecht) or Vianen, near Zierikzee in Zeeland (no archives before 1747). BC-Families has the marriage taking place in Haverdyck, Zeeland. Mayken was born in Lexmond, which is next to Vianen, South Holland.7,2,8 Cornelis Hendrickse Van Ness and Mayken Hendrickse Van den Burch made a will on 31 July 1625. It was later also recorded in Albany. They were Cornelis Hendricksen van Nes and wife Maygen, of the Havendyck, Vianen. The survivor to be sole heir. Witnesses: Gysbert Barentsen, Lucas Joriensen and Rudolph van Suylen van den Natewis of Vianen, Notary Public.2,9 Cornelis Hendrickse Van Ness was a brewer who was apparently a wealthy man.2
He came to New Netherland in 1641 on the "Eyckenboom," and was one of the settlers of Renselaerwyck (Beverwyck, Albany.)2,10,11
Cornelis van Ness, member of the Council of Rensselaerswyck Colony, who is about to marry again, secures to the children by his first wife Mayeke Hendricx

Gerritie Cornelis, wife of Roeloff Cornelissen, Hendrickie Cornells, wife of Jan Jansen van Oothout, Hendrick, Gerrit, Jan, and Grietie Cornells, wife of Pieter Claessen of Amesfoort, L.
