The 1900 census lists Lois A Davis at Hackensack, NJ, with a daughter Carol (Sep 1883, b. NJ), a son Arthur (Apr 1891, b. NJ), and a boarder Russell Glover (Nov 1887, b. NY, electrician). Lois A (Oct 1858, b. NJ, clerk, she had married at 20, widowed.)6,7 The 1910 census lists Lois A Davis at Hackensack, NJ, with her son Arthur. Like the 1930 census his father is born in NY, his mother in NJ, and he is an electrician.
