     As no last names were used nor were the parents mentioned at the marriage in Amsterdam, it is hard to be sure, that Willem Jansen is indeed this Willem Jansen Traphagen. But it certainly likely.5 Willem Jansen Traphagen was a journeyman baker.5
     It is unclear, whether Boswyck would be Bushwick, or a place in the Netherlands, but the Burhans book has them settled in Bushwick c. 1660. In 1664 he was banished to Wiltwyck.3,12 He made a will on 26 August 1671 at Kingston, NY.3
     NOTE: While Willem does have a son Johannes with his second wife, that Johannes would have been almost 50 at the time of his marriage, so it not clear whether this Johannes is indeed that son.13

     Jacob Trommel was born at Sommelsdijk.1 He was baptized on 11 March 1638.1,2 He married Willempje Aerjaensdr on 30 May 1655 at Nieuwe Tonge, Zuid Holland, The Netherlands.1
     Jacob Trommel had four children: Adriaen (bp 1656), Aegje (bp. 1657), Ariaen (bp. 1658) and Jacob (bp.1660).1

     Willem Trommel was born circa 1626 at Sommelsdijk, Goeree-Overflakkee, Zuid Holland, The Netherlands. He was baptized on 11 March 1638 at Sommelsdijk (DRC.)1 He (1) married Neeltje Arense Kolf (b. Sommelsdijk) on 2 July 1651 at Sommelsdijk.2 He (2) married Lijsbeth Cornelisse Kempe (d. there 30 Aug 1680) on 25 April 1655 at Sommelsdijk.2 He died circa 1679.2
     Willem Trommel had seven children with Lijsbeth: Cornelis (bp. 1656), Aeghtje (bp. 1658), Aeghtje (bp. 1660), Nelletje (bp. 1662), Abraham (bp. 1664), Anthoni (bp. 1670), Jacob (bp. 1672).2 Name variation: Gillis Trommel.1
