     Nicholas Bayard was named as executor in Tryntje De Sille's will dated 16 August 1694.3 Nicholas Bayard made a will on 9 May 1707. It was probated 19 April 1711 (when Judith was also deceased). Nicholas Bayard, of New York, merchant, mentioned wife Judith and son Samuel Bayard.4
     The Bayard File had Judith Bayard, Nicholas Bayard, Stephen Bayard, Gertrude Bayard, Margaret Bayard and Anne Bayard all attached to Nicholas Bayard; however Bergen Families (Bayard File) has them as children of Samuel Bayard. There were no dates at all in the Bayard File, except a birthdate of 1700 for Stephen, which seems very late for a son of Nicholas. Nicolas in his will only mentions his wife Judith and son Samuel (Bergen County Families)
Konight had the marriage with Marg. van Cortland attached to Samuel Bayard; but the Wikitree entry has it attached to Samuel Bayard.5,4,1,6
