Abraham Troost, and his wife Martina Hooghuis, and also Jan Bakker and Jan Selhorst as guardians of the minor child of Abraham Troost, from his first marriage to the late Catarina Smit took out a mortgage with Adolf Philip Zeijger Graaf van Rechteren, Lord of Almelo and Vriezenveen and heirs, with as collateral their house and yard at teh wharf, in which they are living.5

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 6 Feb 1741:
Antoni Albers, and his wife Geertruit van de Peppels took out a mortgage with A. P. Z. Graaf van Rechteren, Lord of Almelo and Vriezenveen, with as collateral their house and yard, located in the Veltensgang, next to the house of Zeijgers. The mortgage was paid off on 24 Jan 1757.6

Evert Voerknegt and his wife Maria Jansen ter Haar give as collateral to A. P. Z. Graaf van Rechteren, Lord of Almelo and Vriezenveen, for the six-year lease of the mill, which he and Baerent Spijker will operate, their house and yard, in which they are living, in the Godschalk alley, between the house of Everd Cremer and that of Baerent Boom, and also a mortgage, which Getruit Bolk, widow of Wolter Voerknecht had in 1739 taken out with them.7

Geertruid ten Bruggencate, widow of Harmen Spijker, for herself and as guardian of her minor daughter Venneken Spijker, with her guardian burgemeester Albertus Bastiaan, and also Hermannus Spijker and his wife Henrica Ruinx, Baerent Spijker and his wife Geesken ten Bruggencate, als for her absent son Gerrit Spijkers and his wife Catharina Aleida Poortenaar, give their house of 3 dwellings, between the house of Cornelis Baerschers and the alley to the Schutte to A. P. Z. Graaf van Rechteren, Lord of Almelo and Vriezenveen, as collateral for the six-year lease on the mill, which Baerent Spijker together with Evert Voerknegt will operate.8

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 20 Nov 1746:
The steward Gerhard Boom as representative of Adolf Philip Zeijger Graaf van Rechteren Lord of Almelo and Vriezenveen conveyed to the sister of his master, Sophia Dorothea Wilhelmina Gravin van Rechteren Almelo, Canonisse of the Hoogstede Stifte-Leden, the following real estate, that became hers in the property division of her father's estate: a house with a front room, located in the Cremersalley, which is rented by the widow of Theodora Helms, and also a house of two dwellings located at the Plas, rented by Lucas Hagedoorn and the pharmacist Hanenkamp. Further a house of three dwellings located at the end of town, rented by Jan ter Hofstede, Henrik Prinsencamp and Harmen Bras, between the house of seller and that of Thomas Schimmelpennink. And another house, rented by Jan van het Lendeken, between the house of the widow of Van den Berg and that of Isaak ten Bruggencate, and lastly a house of two dwellings, rented by Jan Blenken and Gerrit van Lochem, between the house of Hermen Schimmelpennink and that of the widow of Van den Berg.9

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 6 Sep 1752:
Nicolaas Harwig, secretary and lawyer in Vriezenveen, as representative of Hendrijk Budde, Lord of Almelo and Vriezenveen (proxy 5 Sep 1752 in Almelo took out a mortgage with Hendrijk Budde, merchant in Deventer, and hiw wife and heirs, with as collateral the house eand garden opposite the Schuttenkolk, in which Ds. Wilhelm van Eijbergen is now living, and also a half huose with garden, at the Groote Straat, between the house of the carpenter Gerhardus Swam and that of the mason Albert Steenbergen, in which the Jew Abraham Joseph is living, and another house of two dwellings, next to the stable of Judge Boom, which is rented by the taylor Jan Heuvelaar and Baerent van den Grimberg.10

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 7 May 1753:
Gerhardus Boom, judge of the Heerlijkheid Almelo, as representative of A. P. Z. Graaf van Rechteren, Lord of Almelo and Vriezenveen conveyed to Everwijn Warners, and his wife and heirs, the half house and yard, with the room and the land behind it, located on the Common Road, under one roof with Abraham Koebrugge, between the houses of Gerhardus Swam and Albert Steenbergen. The seller had bought this house from Levien Frederijk Bosman, and it is presently occupied bu the Jew Abraham Joseph and Adolph Tellegenhof. The buyer has the right to half the well, and the riight to enlarge the ditch.11
