     Cornelis Arentsen Baarscher was from in Almelo at his marriage.1 He married (NH) Janna Hendrixen Leijerweert on 19 Aug 1718 in Almelo1 (banns (NH) 17 Jul 1718, Almelo.)1 He died b 1748, because his wife is a widow in the census.4

Wolter Baarschers, and his cousin Cornelis Baarschers with his wife Johanna Leuweweert took out a mortgage with Berend Janssen van de Berg, and his wife Maria Swam, with as collateral their house and yard at the Plaatse, between a house of the Count of Rechteren and that of Harmen Spijkers's widow, and also their house in the Krikkengang, between the house of Henrik Vikkers' widow and that of Albert Geertsen's widow.3

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 6 Apr 1739:
Wolter Baarschers for himself and as heir of his late wife Trijntien Arens conveyed his house and yard, in which he is living together with Cornelis Baarschers, and also a house in the Ruiselersalley, in which Gerrit Schape is living, to Cornelis Baarschers and his wife Janna Hendrixen Leijerweert.5

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 29 Nov 1740:
Cornelis Baerschers, and hsi wife Johanna Leuweweert conveyed to Jan Hendrik Wanschers, and his wife Everdina Bolk and heirs, a house and yard in the Krikkenalley, between the house of Jan Wanschers and that of teh children of Willem Jansen Mullerus.6
