Jan Thomasz Schimmelpennink, and his wife Aleida Boom, and also Hermen Schimmelpennink and Jannes Wanders, as guardians of Trientjen Bolk and Margrete Bolk, children of the late Hendrik Berendsen Bolk and his wife Geesken Wanders, and as representative of Berend Bavink, together heirs of Catharina Bavink conveyed to Hendrik Wanders, and his wife Judith Nieuwenhuis, a part of a house at the Doele, which during her life was the property of Catharina Bavink, between the house of Burgemeester Hermen Jolink and that of Hendrik Wanders.7
