     Gerrit Nieland was from in Heerlijkheid Almelo at his marriage.1 He (1) married (NH) Jenneken Jansen Kaiser on 26 May 1695 in Almelo1,2 (banns (NH) 14 Apr 1695, Almelo.)1 He (2) married Janna Hendriksen Boom, daughter of Hendrik Lambertsen Boom,2,4,3,5 (banns (NH) 26 Aug 1714, Almelo)2 They went in 23 Sep 1714 with certificate to Tubbergen.2 He died a 1754, because he sells a house.6

Gerrit Wolters Nijland and Janna Hendriksen Boom made a will on 6 Oct 1725. They name each other sole heir. After the death of the last. they name their daughter Jenneken Gerritsen Nijlant as sole heir. testator's daughter from an earlier marriage Aaltjen Gerritsen Nijlant gets her legal portion. They give a rijksdaalder to the Poor.8
Gerrit Wolters Nijland and Janna Hendriksen Boom with her guardian Secr. Hein made a will bet 9 Feb 1735 - 12 Mar 1735. They name each other as heir. After both their deaths testator names his daughter's child Jenneke Muller instead of her mother Aaltjen Nijland. Testatrix names as sole heir her brother Lambert Boom, her sister Sote Boom, and her cousin/nephew Geerligh Wessels, to be divided in equal parts. She give her sister Sote Boom and her cousin/nephew Geerligh Wessels her clothes, her loom to his child Johanna Wessels, and to Sote Boom's child, named Henrik Lambers ƒ50.-.4

They wish that their house will be sold by Hendrik Boom or his children for ƒ400.-.3

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 24 Sep 1754:
Gerrit Nijlant, and his wife Janna Boom conveyed to Theodora Princen, widow of Hendrik Jan Bruins and heirs, their half house and yard, with the bordering land, the other half of which belongs to the seller, which is presently rented by Jan van Lochem, and also some furniture.6
