  • Hendrik Boom was likely a son of Zeute Hendriksen Boom, because The wills of Janna Hendriksen Boom mention both a son of Zeute (Hendrik Lambers), and a nephew Hendrik, married to Geertruid Hagedoorn. Hendrik is apparently named after his grandfather (incl. the patronymic). If Hendrik is the son of Zeute, dan he is at most 21 yrs old at his marriage.
     Hendrik Boom was from in Almelo at his marriage.1 He married (NH) Geertruid Hagedoorn, daughter of Jurrien Arends Hagedoorn and Eva Luickas, on 4 May 1738 in Almelo1,3,4 (banns (NH) 13 Apr 1738, Almelo.)1 He died a 1790, because he is (not by name) mentioned in his son's will.5

Both Wessel Geerlighs as Hendrik Boom are called a "neef" of Janna Hendriksen Boom. Wessel is the son of Janna's sister Fenne, and Hendrik is the son of Janna's sister Zeute, so both are nephews.6,2
