  • Was Lambert Hendriksen Boom possibly the father of Hermannus Boom? Hermannus's father living in 1743, he is not mentioned in Lambert's will in 1738; Lambert is no longer mentioned in his sister's will in 1743; he does not seem to have had children.
  • Gerrit Nieland was the brother-in-law of Lambert Hendriksen Boom.4
     Lambert Hendriksen Boom was from in Almelo at his marriage.1 He married Anna Margrieta Hagedoorn, daughter of Hendrik Hagedoorn and Geertjen Arentsen Rhee,1,6 (banns (NH) 27 Nov 1712, Almelo.)1 He died bet 1738 - 1743, because he is mentioned in his sister's will in 1738, but is no longer mentioned in 1743.3,7

Lambert Hendriksen Boom made a will on 29 Jan 1734. He names as sole heir Jan Boom, his sister Sote Boom, and the children of his brother Jan Boom, namely Johanna Boom and Geesken Boom. He gives his bed and bedlinens to his sister Sote Boom, as thanks for services rendered. He gives his loom to his brother Jan Boom. He gives ƒ30.- Car. guilders to the Church of Almelo, on condition that he will be buried in the church.5 He was mentioned in the will of Gerrit Wolters Nijland and Janna Hendriksen Boom bet 9 Feb 1735 - 12 Mar 1735.2 He was mentioned in the will of Gerrit Wolters Nijland and Janna Hendriksen Boom on 30 May 1738.3

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 18 Feb 1730:
Lambert Boom, and Geertjen Hagedoorn took out a mortgage with Baerent Kosters, with as collateral their house and yard, next to the brewhouse of Ds. Revius, in which they are now living. Her brother Hendrik Hagedoorn and brother-in-law Gerrit Wolters Nijland had offered security, and the collateral was offered to thewidow of Hendrik Hagedoorn and Gerrit Wolters Nijland and his wife Johanna Hendriksen Boom.4

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 13 Jul 1733:
Lambert Boom, and his wife Geertjen Hagedoorn took out a mortgage with Thomas Kosters, and his wife Stientje van Lochem, with as collateral their house and yard, where they themselves are living, next to the Brewhouse of Ds. Revius.8
