Dr. Georg Hendrik Hein, for himself, and as father and guardian of his minor children by his late wife Johanna Sidonia Huneveld, and also Engelbert Hanekamp and his wife Aleida Hunevelt, and Siemon Bakker and his wife Adolphina Sophia Hunevelt, together heirs of Ds C.W. Hunevelt, lately minister in Almelo, and his wife Johanna Franken conveyed to Ootmar ten Cate, and his heirs, their house and yard, between the house of Henrik ten Cate and that of Jacob Bavink, which is rented by the first party.6
