I probably have mistaken Groeningen for Groningen. The first is located in Brabant, near Boxmeer. This makes the following baptism irrelevant
A Barber, daughter of Caspar Joris and Geesje is baptized in the Martinikerk in Groningen on 11 Jul 1649. No record for a Barber or Barbara, daughter of Casper Jans or Joosts. A Casper Joesten married Trijne Derx in 1611 (Banns 1611-1623, Groningen, Inv. 159, folio 2v), but there seems to be no records with Theuntje. Also no Springsteen.
The discussion on Wikitree has Casper Joosts (married Maria Dircks Storms), Casper Melchior (married Jannetje Schermerhorn) and Casper Johannes or Jansz; married Geesje Jans Van Groeningen, North Holland; is at least one, if not two generations before the others
From the discussion:
Caspar Joost (in records) [Springsteen] m. Maria Storm in the 1680s and had children baptized in the NY DRC between at least 1686 and 1695. Children included: Pieter, Abraham, David. Maybe others.
Caspar [Melchior] Springsteen (in records) m1 Wyntje Jurcx and had Melle; m2 Jannetje Schermerhorn and had Jannetje (dy), Jacob, Abraham, Jannetje, Reyer.5,6 Name variation: Barbara Casparszen Springsteen.4 Married name: DeGroot.

Family | Theuntje Jeuriaens |
Caspar Springsteen had three children with Maria, bp. Tappan:
1. Jan with Maria (b. 23 Jan 1697, bp. 29 Apr 1697; parents Casper Springsteen and Maria Foos; sp. Teunis Taelman and Barbara Springsteen; Konight and BC-Families)
2. Isaac (see BC-Families)
3. Douwe (see BC-Families).5,6,3
Caspar [Melchior] Springsteen (in records) m1 Wyntje Jurcx and had Melle; m2 Jannetje Schermerhorn and had Jannetje (dy), Jacob, Abraham, Jannetje, Reyer.7,8 Name variation: Caspar Janszen Springsteen.4

Who is this? Geertruyd, bp. 21 Apr 1697, Sleepy Hollow; parents Caspar Springsteen and wife Maria; sp. Dirck Storm and Maria, his wife. Arie is the son of Willem Miller; she is the daughter of Caspar Springsteen and Maria Storm; they marry c. 1704, so this cannot be Geertruy, bp. 1697.8,9,5 Name variation: Casper Joosts Springsteen.10
