     Berent was from Almelo at his marriage.1 He married (NH) Jenneken ten Bruggencate, daughter of Isaak ten Bruggencate and Aaltjen ten Getkate, on 29 Apr 1750 in Almelo2,1 (banns 11 Apr 1750, Almelo).1 He died on 27 Jun 1794 in Almelo.2 He was buried on 17 Jul 1794 in the NH Church in Almelo.3

Berent ten Bruggencate Izaakszn and his wife Jenneken ten Bruggencate convey to Berent ten Bruggencate and Jenneken ten Bruggencate, his wife, their half of four pieces of land in the Aakamp, and also their half of a piece of land, situated near the land of Gerrit ten Braake,the other half of which already belongs to the buyer.9

Berent ten Bruggencate Benjz and his wife Jenneken ten Bruggencate convey to Klaas Troost and his wife Harmina ter Horst a piece of land in the Aakamp, situated between a piece of land owned by sellers, and a piece of Jan Boom; and also a corner land in front of the garden of Gerrit te Brake. The tax on the piece of land is one Guilder, two St and eight penn to be paid on St Martini. The price for both was five hunderd and twenty-five guilders.10

Miss Geertruid Bakker and her brother, Hendrik Bakker convey to Berent ten Bruggencate Benjzoon, his wife, children and heirs, their garden with the gazebo, situated betwen the garden of Joh. Revius and that of the widow of Jan Hendrik Boom.11

Egbert Vollenbroek and his wife sell in a public sale a piece of land, called the Wobbenkamp situated near the Sluitersveld aan Berent ten Bruggencate.12

Berent ten Bruggencate with his children Benjamin, Aleida and Jan, and Jan's wife Anna ten Bruggencate, Aleida and Anna ten Bruggenkate with Jan ten Bruggenkate as their guardian, convey to Barend Roulaar, his wife, children and heirs, a piece of lans near the Aa, between the garden of Egbert Coster and that of Gerrit te Braeke.13
