     Luickas Backer was born in Hellendoorn.1,4 He was baptized (NH) on 6 Jun 1706 in Hellendoorn.4 He (1) married Hermina ter Braake, daughter of Gerrijt ter Braake and Janna Schuitemaker,1,3,5,2 (banns (NH) 4 Mar 1731, Almelo.)1 He (2) married (NH) Maria Boud on 6 Feb 1746 in Almelo2 (banns (NH) 22 Jan 1746, Almelo.)2 He died bet 21 Oct 1750 - 4 Oct 1751, because he has a child baptised in 1750, and his house is sold in 1751.6,7

More Information:

Lucas Bakker and Hermiena te Braeke with her guardian Secr. Hein made a will on 9 Feb 1732. They name each other as heir. After their death their parents will each get their legal portion.3

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 29 Nov 1749:
Lucas Bakker for himself, and as father and guardian of his minor daughter Johanna Bakker took out a mortgage with Arent Hagedoorn and his wife Grietje Meulenkamp and heirs, with as collateral his two dwellings, located at the wharf, that he had bought from Fredericus Beuser, in one of which he himself is living, and in the the other one is inhabited by Jan ten Stokkelaar.8

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 29 Nov 1749:
Baerent Vrijlink, for himself, and as representative for his son-in-law and daughter Fredericus Beuser and Hendrina Vrijlink conveyed, a house and yard of two dwellings, located at the wharf, one of which is inhabited by Jan Stokkelaar, and the other by Lucas Bakker.9

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 16 Jun 1750:
Luickas Backer for himself, and as father and guardian of his minor daughter took out a mortgage with Adolph Hendrik Boom and the Stad Almelo, with as collateral his dwelling, at the Wharf, between the dwelling of Elferink and that of Harmen Engberts.10

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 4 Oct 1751:
The two dwellings of the late Lucas Bakker, located at the Wharf, next to the dwelling of Elferink, the first one of which was already bought while Lucas Bakker was still alive on 2 May 1750, are conveyed to Lucas Bakker and his wife Stijntje ter Haar. The mortgage, still owed to Arent Hagedoorn will be paid by the buyer.7
