     Hermannus Spijkers was born in 1731.6,2 He died a 1786, because he is present at the probate of his aunt's will.4

He was mentioned in the will of Fenneke Spijkers on 31 Mar 1781.5 He presented Fenneke Spijker's will for probate on 30 Mar 1786.4

Landgericht, Almelo, 11 Apr 1769:
Abraham ten Bruggencate Benjzn, and his wife Geertruij Spijkers, together with Fenneke Spijkers, Harmen ten Bruggencate Janszn and Harmen ten Bruggenkate Benjzn as guardians over the three minor children of the late Baerent Spijker and Geesken ten Bruggenkate, together children and heirs of the aforementioned spouses, conveyed to Claas Troost, Albert Spijkers and Hermannus Spijkers and their heirs, their bleach- or brewersshed, behind the bleachshed of Lambertus Vrielink and next to the bleachshed of Hendrik Jan Mokkelencate.7

Landgericht, Almelo, 15 Mar 1786: The widow of Harmen ten Bruggenkate Benjzn sold at a public sale, the house in which she was living, next to the house of Hendrik Bavink's widow, with the land behind it, partially located in the Buitengericht to Herman Spijker. Burgemeester Derk Bruins and Burgemeester Jacobus Revius are security.8

Benjamin ten Bruggenkate, for himself, his wife, and other heirs of Harmen ten Bruggenkate Benjzn, as well as Harms ten Bruggenkate, as representative of Janna Spijker, and Hermannus Spijkers for his brother and sister Jannes Spijcker and Geertruij Spijker, and the other heirs of Fenneke Spijkers, the late widow of H. ten Bruggenkate Benjz, conveyed to Abraham ten Bruggenkate, and his wife, children, and heirs, a piece of land in the Horst. The buyer sells this piece the same day to Samuel Reefman.9
