Benjamin ten Bruggenkate, for himself, his wife, and other heirs of Harmen ten Bruggenkate Benjzn, as well as Harms ten Bruggenkate, as representative of Janna Spijker, and Hermannus Spijkers for his brother and sister Jannes Spijcker and Geertruij Spijker, and the other heirs of Fenneke Spijkers, the late widow of H. ten Bruggenkate Benjz, conveyed to Abraham ten Bruggenkate, and his wife, children, and heirs, a piece of land in the Horst. The buyer sells this piece the same day to Samuel Reefman.9
