     David Ziele and Engeltje had five more children: Pieter (1733), Cornelia (1734), Geertruy (1736), Adam (1738), and Janneke (bp. 15 Sep 1739, Schoharie (#106), sp. Jonas Larrowa and wife Marytie Ziele).^7,6

     Elisabeth Ziele married Isaac Vrooman, son of Pieter Vrooman and Grietje Van Alstyne.¹ Elisabeth Ziele died before 22 June 1777 as her husband has a child bp. with his second wife.¹

     Elisabeth Ziele and Isaac had four sons, all. bp. Schoharie DRC: Adam (b. 13 Dec 1758, bp. 7 Jan 1759; sp. Jonas Vrooman, and mother Dintie Vrooman; Schoharie #576); Isaac (bp. 18 Jan 1763; sp. Zile.)^2,3 She married Adam Vrooman, son of Barent Vrooman and Engeltje Swart, on 15 May 1761 at Schenectady (DRC) (with license, Adam (Barents) Vrooman and Jannetie Ziele, both of Skohary; Konight has place as Albany.)^4,5,6 Janneke Ziele died on 4 September 1811 aged 72.4.4.¹

     Johannes Ziele was baptized on 19 January 1767 at Schoharie (DRC) (sponsors: Johannes Lawyer and wife Christyna.)^2,3 He married Annetje (possibly Annetje Vrooman.)¹

     Maria Ziele was born in 1688 (Staten Eylant.)^1,2 She married Jonas Larroy on 28 September 1703 at Kingston, NY, (DRC) (He was Jonas Larroy, jm, b. Cubeck; she Maria Oeycke, b. Staten Island, liv Poughkeepsie.)^2,1

     Pieter Ziele was born in 1703.^1,2 He married Anna Ackerson, daughter of Thomas Eckerson and Elisabeth Slingerlant, on 4 June 1724 at Albany (DRC) (with banns; Pieter Uzile and Anna Ackerson.)^3,4,2 Pieter Ziele died before 16 August 1747.¹

     Pieter Ziele made a will on 9 February 1747. It was probated 1 May 1762. It lists his wife Anna, and eight children: Cornelia, Elizabeth, Engel, Maria, Anna, Janneke, Cathrina, and an expected child.^5,6 Name variation: Peter Uzile.^3,7

     Pieter Ziele was baptized on 16 August 1747 at Schoharie (DRC.)^2,3 He married Elisabet Lawyer on 8 January 1765 at Schoharie (St. Paul's Lutheran) (Peter Zilly and Elsabeth Lawyer.)⁴

     Lolkje Pieters Zijlstra was born on 15 September 1870 at Oosterwierum, Baarderadeel, Friesland, The Netherlands.^1,2,3 She married Sjouke Jans Stienstra on 13 May 1893 at Baarderadeel, Friesland, The Netherlands.⁴

     Lolkje Pieters Zijlstra and Sjouke had 10 children, 9 were alive in 1910. Aside from Geeltje/Gertrude there were: Lutske (b. 27 Mar 1894, Baarderadeel 1894 #A32), Jantje (b. 30 Nov 1896, Baarderadeel 1896 #A122), Jeltje (b. 5 Aug 1898, Baarderadeel 1898 #A92), Baukje (b. 30 Jul 1899, Baarderadeel 1899 #A86), Trijntje (b 15 Jul 1900, Baarderadeel 1900 #A71), Jan (b.1903, Leeuwarden), Peter and Nellie (b. New York).^3,5,6 Lolkje Stienstra immigrated on 8 September 1908 on the Rotterdam, from Rotterdam, arriving in New York on 8 Sep 1908, with 7 children: Lutske (14, b. Oosterwierum), Geeltje (13), Jantje (11), Jeltje (10), Baukje (9), Trijntje (8) all born in Britswerd, and Jan (5, b. Leeuwarden). They are going to her husband Ch. Stienstra in Pleasantville, NY. Her contact in Holland is P. H. Zijlstra in Oosterwierum.³ The 1910 census lists Charles Stienstra and Lucy at (#182) at Pine Plains, Dutchess County, NY, with eight children : Gertrude (14), Jessie (11), Bertha (10), Catherine (9), John (6), Peter (8 mo) and Nellie (8 mo). Peter and Nellie are born in NY, the rest in Holland.⁵ The 1920 census lists Charles Stienstra and Louise at 62 Schley Street (2nd Ward) at Garfield, Bergen County, NJ, with six children: Jessie (21), Burdie (20), Catherine (19), John (16), Peter (10), Nellie (10). The last two are born in NY, the rest in Holland.⁷ Her parents were Pieter Hendriks Zijlstra and Geeltjen Martens van der Goot.¹ Name variation: Lucy Stienstra.⁵ Name variation: Lolkje Stienstra.³ Name variation: Louise Stienstra.⁷ Married name: Stienstra.⁷

     Karoline Zilly was born on 16 January 1863 at Karlsrude, Germany.¹ She married Jacob H Zoll.¹ Karoline Zilly died on 30 December 1929.¹ She was buried in Lutheran Cemetery in Middle Village, 67-29 Metropolitan Ave.¹

     Karoline Zilly immigrated in 1876 to USA.¹ Married name: Zoll.

     Andrew Zimmerman was born on 9 December 1875 at Hackensack, NJ.¹ He married Estelle Waechter, daughter of Martin Waechter and Phoebe Lindmer, (Hackensack NJ.)¹ Andrew Zimmerman died on 29 January 1961 at Paramus, NJ.¹

     Audrey Zimmerman married Arthur J Duffy.¹ Audrey Zimmerman died between 1984 and 1999.^1,2

     Harry J. Zimmerman was born on 9 August 1896.^1,2 He married Theresa Magazeno.¹ Harry J. Zimmerman died on 17 April 1984 at Dumont, Bergen County, NJ.¹ He was buried on 21 April 1984 in Woodlawn Cemetery in Bronx.¹

     Surviving, besides his wife, is a daughter Audrey (Duffy) of Castleton, VT.¹ Both Harry and Ethel have a daughter Audrey (Duffy), it is not clear, whether this is the same person Audrey, and whether Harry and Ethel were married to each other.

     Levi Zimmerman married Elizabeth Wilgus.¹

     Mercer S. Zimmerman was born on 1 November 1901 at Hackensack, NJ.¹ He married Mildred Lavin on 26 June 1954 (Hackensack NJ.)¹ Mercer S. Zimmerman died on 23 January 1988 at Warwick, NY.¹

     Suzanna Zimmerman married John Yarger Armstrong, son of David Sampson Armstrong and Mary Jane Yarger, on 8 December 1868 at Bedford, MI.¹

     John Zinn was born on 6 March 1827 at Hesse-Darmstadt, Germany.^1,2 He married Catherine Fisher.³ John Zinn died on 8 March 1897 at Hackensack, NJ, (NJ Death Index has 1896-7.)^4,2

     The 1870 census lists John Zinn and Catherine at New Barbadoes Township, Bergen County, NJ, with John (20, b. NJ), Frederic (9, b. NJ), Elizabeth (5, b. NJ), and Catherine (0, B. NJ). John is 44, b. Hessen-Duranstatt (sic!); Catherine is 42, b. Hessen-Duranstatt (sic!)¹ The 1880 census lists John Zinn and Catherine at Hackensack Village, Bergen County, NJ, with four children, all b. NJ: Frederick (19), Lizzie (16), Catherine (10), and George (8). John is 53, b. Germany, grocery store; Catherine is 52, b. Germany. They are on the same page as John Zinn Jr.³

     John Zinn Jr. was born in 1850.³ He married Hannah Gruber.³ John Zinn Jr. died in 1920.³

     The 1880 census lists John Zinn Jr. and Hannah at Hackensack Village, Bergen County, NJ, with two daughters, both b. NJ: Kate (2) and Louise (6m, Dec 1879). John, Jr. is 30, b. NJ, carpenter, parents b. Germany; Hannah is 22, b. NJ, parents b. NJ. They are on the same page as John Zinn and Catherine Zinn.¹ Name variation: John George Zinn Jr.³

     Louisa Zippel was born in 1850.¹ She married John H Hopper on 8 December 1869 at Hackensack, NJ, (DRC.)^3,1 Louisa Zippel died in 1937.¹

     Frederick W Zipple was born on 10 November 1809 at Prussia, Germany.^2,1 He married Sophia Waldeck.¹ Frederick W Zipple died on 10 August 1864.¹ He was buried in NY Cemetery (Maple Grove) in Hackensack.¹

     The 1860 census lists Frederick W Zipple and Sophia at New Barbadoes Twp, Bergen County, NJ, with Louisa (12, b. HUdson County), Anna (7, b. Hudson County), Lisetta (5, b. Hackensack), Catherine (3, b. Hackensack), and Sophia (1, b. Hackensack.)²

     Josef Paul Zobinger was born at Schnellmanskreut.¹ He married Majorn Kaltenstadler.¹ Josef Paul Zobinger died before 1815.¹

     Josef Paul Zobinger was the Innkeeper (Wirt) of Schnellmanskreuth.¹

     Regina Zobinger was born on 27 October 1789 at Schnellmanskreut, Bavaria, Germany.¹ She married Raimund Kneissl, son of Josef Kneissl and Johanna (Kunnerin) Kail, on 4 April 1815 (Handzell, Bavaria, G.)¹ Regina Zobinger died circa 1834.¹

     She was the daughter of an innkeeper, a few months after the fall of the Bastille with the beginnings of the French Revolution. She married Raimund Kneissl in 1815, the year that Napolean was defeated at the Battle of Waterloo and was exiled to St. Helena, and the same year that Otto von Bismarck, future Chancellor of Prussia, was born.

It was on her records that the 8 was written sideways... as it was, she was 29 when Anton was born, 31 then Johanna was born and died, 32 when Franziska was born and died, Raimund birthdate unknown (bet. 1831-1833) lived to about 25, 36 when Xavier was born, and 38 when Karolina was born and she and Karolina died.¹ Married name: Kneissl.

     Martijntje Zoeteman was born in 1845.¹ She married Cornelius Zoeteman.¹ Martijntje Zoeteman died on 28 November 1917 at 91 Wood Street, Paterson, Passaic County, NJ.¹ She was buried on 1 December 1917 in Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Fair Lawn.¹

     Martijntje Zoeteman's obituary appeared on 7 December 1917 in the Het Oosten (pg. 6.)¹

     Jacob H Zoll was born on 14 November 1859 at New York City.¹ He married Karoline Zilly, daughter of Paul Zilly and Caroline Frommel.¹ Jacob H Zoll died in September 1896.¹ He was buried in Lutheran Cemetery in Middle Village, 67-29 Metropolitan Ave.¹

     Mathilda Zoll was born on 6 August 1887 at New York City.¹ She married Frederick Van Zandt, son of Isaac Henry Van Zant and Frances Matilda Bogert, on 3 August 1904 at New York City.¹ Mathilda Zoll died on 27 December 1971.¹ She was buried in St. Peter's Churchyard in Westchester Square.¹

     Mathilda Zoll and Frederick had four sons.¹ Name variation: Tillie Zoll.¹ Married name: Van Zandt.

     William Henry Zorn was born on 1 September 1878 at Bamberg, SC.¹ He (2) married Eugenie (Charity) Mixson. William Henry Zorn died on 11 January 1945 at Estill, SC.¹ He was buried in Baptist Church Cemetery in Furman.¹
