     Hendrik was baptized (NH) on 31 May 1646 at Utrecht.2 He married Catarina Copijn, daughter of Abraham Moyses Copijn and Anna Gerritsz van der Stoop.1 He died b 1695 because only his wife is present at Hendrik's marriage.3
