To his sister, the widow of Arent Mullerus, his household goods and furniture. To the oldest child of Ds de Mann a small bag with rijksdaalders. To the 2nd child of Ds de Mann an ivory box. To the child of the widow Mullerus his silver. To the Poor of Almelo ƒ150.-, and ƒ25.- to his maid Swenneken. He names the children of his 3 sisters, married to Burius, Ds de Mann in Vriezenveen, and the late Arent Mullerus to sole heirs.1

Dr. G.H. Hein, as representative for Jan Jansen Kippers at the Loo in Gericht Borne took out a mortgage with Ds Jannes Bolk, with as collateral half of his house in Stad Almelo, presently occupied by Jannes ten Cate, but last by Roelof Paschen.2
