Bakker, and also Baerent ter Brake for himself and his wife Anna Maria Roelofs, took out a mortgage with Isaak ten Bruggencate, and his wife Aaltjen ten Getkate and their heirs, with as collateral their house and yard, in which Geertruid Hagedoorn lives, between the house of Miss Hagedoorn, occupied by Jannes Vinken, and the house of Cornelis Trovest's widow.1

Hein, and also Baerent ter Brake for himself and his wife Anna Maria Roelofs, conveyed to Harmen ten Bruggencate Janszn, and his wife Janna ter Braeke, Henrica ter Braeke, Geertruit ter Braeke and Willem ter Braeke and their heirs, their house and yard, located at the Schuttenpad, between the house of the widow Vinken, and the house of Cornelis Trovest's widow.6
