Cornelis Trovest and Hendrijna Lucas with her guardian Secr. Hein made a will on 12 Dec 1741. They name each other as heir. After their deaths, the name as sole heir their 3 still living children, namely Jan Trovest, Aletta Trovest and Klaas Trovest. They wish that their house in which they are presently living, shall be given for a value of ƒ1000.- car. guilder, to their son Jan Trovest, and that the other 2 children shall get ƒ1000.- from the estate ahead of time.9

Maria, the widow of Henrik Rompelman, together with Gerrit Rompelman and his wife Geesken Holts, the widow of Egbert Rompelman, Gradus Rompelman and his wife Geertjen ten Bruggencate and Cornelis Trovest and his wife Aletta Rompelman, conveyed to Jenneken Rompelman, the widow of Herman Bordewijk, their half house and yard, that the late Henrik Rompelman had bought from his father Lambert Rompelman, and that had not been paid for yet, between the half house of Jan Gijsberts' widow and the house of Egbert Kosters.10

Geertruit ter Bruggen, widow of Jan Vikkers, with her guardian Dr. Hein conveyed to Jan Bakker, and his wife Maria Leppink, Gerrit Swam and his wife Judith ter Brugge and Cornelis Trovest and his wife Henrica Luixen and heirs, her house and yard with the reardwellings, in which Abraham Hagedoorn is now living.11
